IT support Vacancy

Vacancy: 2 positions

Location: Jeddah (with frequent flying cross KSA)

Job Responsibilities:

• Addressing user IT tickets regarding hardware, software and networking
• Troubleshoot hardware, OS, Security, and Network Problems
• Prepare and configure end-users computers and peripherals
• Installing applications and computer peripherals
• Guide users with simple, step-by-step instructions
• Conduct remote troubleshooting
• Record technical issues and solutions in logs
• Follow up with next-level support personnel
• Help create technical documentation and manuals
• Reporting capability
• Perform asset management and IT procurement activities

Experience, Education, and Skills:

• Bachelors in information technology or Computer Science or Equivalent
• Hands-on experience with Windows environments
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
• Customer-oriented attitude
• Arabic and English speaking and writing
