Description:

Hiring HSE Manager

Location: Abu Dhabi Base Office

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• Authenticated education certificate by the State of Qatar ministry, if required
• Diploma or higher degree in Health, Safety & Environment from a recognized institute (NEBOSH IDip, IOSH, IIRSM, NVQ‑level 6, etc.)
• 12–15 years of onshore/offshore drilling HSE experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role
• 3–5 years rig HSE officer experience in the GCC preferred
• Liaise daily with client’s HSE team and contractor management
• Strong knowledge of risk management techniques, emergency response, and process safety management systems
• Conduct rig inspections, HSE MS audits, and incident investigations
• Attend client meetings and support the site HSE team
