Position: HR Executive (UAE Experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Oversee employee relations, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Administer HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company standards.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Maintain accurate HR records and reports, including employee data, attendance, and performance evaluations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the effectiveness and competitiveness of HR programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Executive in the UAE, with a deep understanding of local labor laws and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with employees at all levels.
