Description:

We are looking for a Home Care Manager (Operations) based in Dubai.

The candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in a similar area.

Primary responsibilities include:-

• Responsible for Program Planning, Development, Administration of the homecare.
• To ensure compliance is met as per local authorities.
• Employs qualified personnel to maintain appropriate staffing in coordination with the Human Resources (HR) Department.
• Establishes and maintains effective channels of communications.
• Keeps the governing bodies and staff informed of current organizational, community, industry, and regulatory trends.
• Evaluates the effectiveness of the homecare services for improving healthcare to the population served.
• Maintains confidentiality in all aspects of job performance etc.
