Description:
A company based in Ras Al Khaimah Free Zone is currently looking to hire a Labeling Designer & Coordinator to join their team. This role is ideal for candidates who have hands-on experience in label design and coordination, along with strong organizational skills to manage documentation and approvals efficiently. The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring that all product labeling meets company standards and is completed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
• Label Design & Correction:
• Create and update product labels while ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Make necessary corrections based on feedback and requirements
• Coordination & Approvals:
• Work closely with the Senior Designer to finalize label designs
• Coordinate with QC, Sales, and Admin teams to obtain approvals and maintain proper records
• Task Management:
• Follow up with the design team to ensure timely completion of labeling tasks
• Track progress and ensure deadlines are met
• Documentation & Record Keeping:
• Maintain organized records of labels by product and brand
• Ensure all labeling files and documentation are properly stored and accessible
• Quality Assurance:
• Ensure all labeling requirements are completed with accuracy and attention to detail
Requirements:
• Prior experience in label design and coordination
• Knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is preferred
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage records and files efficiently
• Keen attention to detail
Eligibility:
• Candidates must currently be based in the UAE
• Applicants on visit visa or with cancelled visa are preferred
• Must be available to join immediately
• Only candidates who meet the above criteria will be considered
Salary & Benefits:
• Salary starting from AED 2,500 (negotiable based on experience)
