This full-time, on-site role plays a key part in strengthening the organization’s public image, managing communications, and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels. Key Responsibilities:

Media Relations:
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with healthcare journalists and media outlets across the UAE
• Draft and distribute press releases, respond to media inquiries, and coordinate interviews for senior leadership

Strategic PR Planning:
• Design and implement annual public relations plans aligned with organizational goals
• Develop messaging strategies for new service launches and community health campaigns
• Ensure readiness for crisis communication and maintain consistency in brand messaging

Content & Copywriting:
• Create engaging and professional content including healthcare articles, newsletters, and thought leadership pieces
• Develop compelling copy for social media platforms while maintaining medical accuracy and brand tone

Requirements:

Experience:
• At least 3 years of proven experience in public relations or corporate communications, ideally within the healthcare industry

Skills:
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities
• Demonstrated success in securing media coverage and managing press relationships

Knowledge:
• Familiarity with the Abu Dhabi healthcare sector and understanding of the local media environment
