• Ensure smooth running of Operations on a day to day business
• Conduct check in and checkout as per company stanards
• Make pre-arrival and post checkout inspections
• Sign contract and handle security deposit
• Repair maintenance issue and follow up with the team until resolved
• Handle all negative guest feedback on priority and effectively within stipulated guidelines
