Description:
Dolphin Group is looking for a reliable and organized Storekeeper / Data Entry Clerk to join its team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will support daily store operations while maintaining accurate inventory and data records in an industrial environment.
This is an urgent, full-time, on-site position within the Oil & Gas, EPC, Fabrication, and Industrial Services sector. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling storekeeping and data entry responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day storekeeping and inventory activities.
• Receive, inspect, organize, and record incoming materials and supplies.
• Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory data regularly.
• Enter and maintain store and inventory information in relevant systems.
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to material receipts, issues, and transfers.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies when required.
• Maintain proper filing of store and inventory documents.
• Coordinate with relevant departments regarding material requirements and availability.
• Ensure the store area and records remain organized and properly maintained.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in storekeeping, inventory management, data entry, or a similar role is preferred.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, fabrication, or industrial services will be an advantage.
• Good data entry and record-keeping skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Willingness to work in a full-time, on-site environment.
• Immediate availability is preferred due to urgent hiring.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Inventory and stock record management
• Data entry and documentation
