JOB ROLE:

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring its smooth functioning, efficient staff management, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales, meet sales targets, and optimize store revenue. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products.
• Provide exceptional customer service by warmly welcoming and assisting customers, promptly addressing inquiries, and professionally resolving any issues or complaints.
• Recruit, train, and motivate store staff, ensuring their proficiency in product knowledge, sales techniques, and adherence to brand standards. Create staff schedules, assign duties, and monitor performance.
• Take charge of inventory management, including receiving, organizing, and replenishing stock. Conduct regular stock audits, maintain optimal stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers for timely restocking.
• Maintain visual merchandising that aligns with brand guidelines and standards, including appealing product displays, effective signage, and a clean, well-organized store environment.
