A reputable organization in Dubai is urgently seeking a highly experienced and proactive Senior HSE Officer with a strong background in transport and logistics operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for implementing health, safety, and environmental policies while supporting teams in maintaining safe and efficient working conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and monitor QHSE policies, procedures, and ISO standards across all operations
• Conduct regular audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HSE documentation, records, and reports
• Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations and internal company policies
• Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, awareness sessions, and defensive driving briefings
• Investigate workplace incidents and accidents, preparing detailed reports with corrective actions
• Promote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement across all departments
Requirements:
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in HSE roles, preferably within transport and logistics environments
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Mandatory NEBOSH or IOSH certification
• Strong understanding of occupational health, workplace safety, and ISO standards
• In-depth knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage site-based responsibilities effectively
