Description:
Rasif Accountants FZ-LLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join its office-based team in Ras Al Khaimah. This full-time opportunity is ideal for candidates with practical accounting experience who are looking to build their careers in a professional accounting environment.
The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting daily accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and assisting with VAT and Corporate Tax-related tasks. The role also involves regular communication with clients to obtain financial documents and ensure timely completion of accounting assignments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping records for clients using QuickBooks Online.
• Perform bank reconciliations and manage accounts receivable and payable.
• Assist with the preparation of VAT documentation and Corporate Tax supporting schedules.
• Prepare draft financial reports and audit schedules.
• Coordinate with clients to collect required accounting documents and information.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of relevant accounting experience.
• Practical working knowledge of QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel.
• Good understanding of bookkeeping principles and bank reconciliations.
• Experience with UAE VAT and accounting firms will be an advantage.
• Strong English communication skills with excellent accuracy and time management.
