LSPMK Group is seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist to join its team in Dubai. This role is ideal for an individual with strong front office experience who can effectively manage reception operations while providing excellent support to visitors, clients, and internal teams.
The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for the organization, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. Responsibilities include handling calls, managing appointments, coordinating meetings, and supporting daily administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the reception area and greet visitors in a professional manner
• Handle incoming phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments

• Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings
• Maintain office records, files, and administrative documentation
• Support daily office operations and administrative activities

Requirements:
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in reception, front office, or administrative roles
• Experience handling incoming calls and customer inquiries professionally

• Proficiency in Hindi and English, both spoken and written
• Good computer literacy and administrative capabilities
