Description:
Chemtrade is currently hiring a detail-oriented and analytically strong Pricing and Bid Analyst to support its commercial and pricing operations across municipal and industrial markets in the United States. This role is remote-based and reports directly to the Bid and Pricing Operations Manager, playing a key part in managing pricing accuracy, bid processes, and revenue optimization.
The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, customer service, finance, and supply chain by ensuring accurate pricing structures, bid documentation, and contract management. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with structured pricing systems such as SAP.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and monitor bid-related resources including emails, subscriptions, and opportunity tracking
• Support bid specialists in processing and managing workload efficiently
• Analyze, compile, and maintain customer pricing agreements and contract price lists
• Ensure accurate pricing updates and contract terms within SAP systems
• Assist in pricing optimization initiatives and process improvement projects
• Generate and maintain reports to support data-driven decision-making
• Ensure data integrity across pricing and bid management systems
• Document bid results and maintain accurate records in internal systems
• Manage approval workflows for pricing levels, surcharges, and contract terms
• Investigate and resolve pricing discrepancies with customers
• Initiate and track bid submissions to ensure timely responses
• Participate in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in pricing, bid management, analytics, or related roles
• Strong analytical and financial reasoning skills
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• SAP experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
