We’re Hiring: HR Executive
Location: Magenta Group, Dubai Investment Park, Dubai, UAE
Magenta Group is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. If you have a solid background in HR operations, are well-versed in UAE labor laws, and are passionate about employee welfare and compliance, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update HR master records and employee databases, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality and compliance with UAE labor law.
- Coordinate onboarding processes, including drafting offer letters, visa processing, and documentation for both in-country and overseas hires.
- Handle employee grievances with empathy, professionalism, and strict adherence to UAE labor regulations.
- Manage payroll-related documentation: issue salary slips, and confirmations, and address salary-related queries.
- Coordinate with insurance providers for workmen’s compensation and ensure continuous medical insurance coverage.
- Report non-compliance issues to senior leadership.
- Draft and issue disciplinary documents including warning letters, maintaining proper records
- Handle investigations, employee relations issues, and disciplinary actions as needed.
- Manage employee exit processes including final settlements, exit interviews, and documentation.
- Oversee the renewal and compliance of company licenses, Ejari, Establishment Cards, DCD subscriptions, and lease agreements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- 2–4 years of UAE experience in HR operations and administration
- Solid understanding of UAE labor law and HR compliance
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems (SAP knowledge is a plus)
- Language: Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Hindi or Arabic is a plus
- Driving License: A valid UAE driving license is an added advantage
