Description:
Alcenza is looking for a detail-oriented Listing Manager to join its real estate team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience managing property listings who can ensure online listings remain accurate, compliant, and optimized for maximum visibility and lead generation.
The successful candidate will oversee property listings across leading UAE property portals, maintain listing quality, coordinate marketing assets, and work closely with real estate agents to ensure property information is always up to date. Key Responsibilities:
• Create, publish, and manage property listings across Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, and the company website.
• Write engaging and accurate property descriptions while coordinating professional photos and videos.
• Ensure all listings comply with RERA, DLD, and Trakheesi permit requirements.
• Monitor listing performance, quality scores, and refresh listings to improve lead generation.
• Coordinate with agents to update property availability, pricing, and listing details.
• Maintain an organized and accurate CRM and property listing database.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the real estate industry, preferably in listings or portal management.
• Strong knowledge of UAE property portals and listing regulations.
• Excellent written English and strong attention to detail.
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing a high volume of property listings.
• Available to start immediately.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, and CRM systems.
• RERA, DLD, and Trakheesi listing regulations.
• Property listing optimization, content management, and database administration.
