Description:

An established organization in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced and motivated F&B Manager to oversee Catering and Central Kitchen Operations. This leadership role is ideal for a results-oriented professional with a strong background in food production, service excellence, operational management, and team development.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient day-to-day operations, maintaining high-quality food and service standards, driving profitability, and supporting business growth initiatives. The role requires excellent leadership capabilities, operational expertise, and a commitment to maintaining food safety and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily Food & Beverage operations, including Catering and Central Kitchen activities.

• Ensure efficient food production while maintaining quality control, food safety, and hygiene standards.

• Drive operational efficiency, cost control measures, and overall business profitability.

• Develop, implement, and monitor SOPs, KPIs, and service excellence standards.

• Lead, mentor, and develop kitchen, production, and service teams.

• Oversee inventory management, procurement coordination, and vendor relationships.

• Ensure compliance with HACCP requirements, municipality regulations, and company policies.

• Collaborate with senior management to support business expansion and growth strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in F&B Operations, Catering, and Central Kitchen Management.

• Strong leadership and people management abilities.

• Proven experience managing high-volume food production and catering operations.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Strong commercial awareness and operational decision-making capabilities.

• UAE experience is highly preferred.
