Careerscape is recruiting on behalf of a client for an entry-level Remote Documentation Specialist role. This opportunity is ideal for detail-oriented individuals interested in building a career in technical and process documentation.
The selected candidate will support documentation projects by gathering information from subject matter experts, creating and updating documents, and organizing knowledge resources. The role requires strong writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to turn complex information into clear and structured content.
Key Responsibilities:
• Draft, edit, and format internal and external documentation.
• Interview subject matter experts to collect accurate information.
• Maintain and update existing documents to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Organize documentation libraries and knowledge base articles.
• Ensure content follows company formatting and style guidelines.
• Review documents for grammar, clarity, and technical accuracy.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in English, Communications, or a related field.

• High attention to detail and consistency.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Experience with content management systems is a plus.
