The organization is seeking a skilled Compensation Analyst II to join its Total Rewards team. This role is central to managing and optimizing global compensation and equity programs, ensuring fairness, competitiveness, and compliance across all employee groups.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams including Finance, Legal, and People Operations to maintain compensation structures, analyze market data, support equity programs, and contribute to annual compensation cycles. This position requires strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and the capacity to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update global salary structures and job architecture frameworks

• Conduct compensation benchmarking using industry surveys and market data sources

• Support annual compensation cycles including merit, promotion, and review processes

• Provide compensation guidance for new hires, promotions, and internal role changes

• Analyze pay equity trends and identify areas requiring review or adjustment

• Administer equity programs including RSUs, stock options, and vesting schedules

• Manage equity lifecycle processes in collaboration with Finance, Legal, and external platforms

• Reconcile equity data between HRIS systems and equity management platforms

• Support audits, compliance requirements, and equity reporting processes

• Build dashboards and reports to support leadership decision-making

• Assist in headcount planning and compensation modeling with Finance and HR teams

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in compensation, total rewards, HR analytics, or related field

• Strong understanding of compensation structures, market pricing, and job leveling

• Experience working with compensation surveys (Radford, Mercer, Aon, or similar)

• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets with strong data analysis skills

• High attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive compensation data

• Ability to communicate compensation concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders

• Experience with equity administration (RSUs, stock options) is a plus

• Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Workday or Rippling is an advantage

• Experience working in global organizations is a plus

• Strong knowledge of:

• Compensation frameworks and pay equity principles

• Equity grant processing and vesting structures

• Data analysis, reporting, and compensation modeling

• HR systems and global compensation compliance practices
