Description:

AMIM is seeking a professional and organized Admin Support professional to join its team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for candidates with strong administrative experience who can efficiently manage documentation, correspondence, and coordination activities in a dynamic work environment.

The successful candidate will support technical and engineering teams by maintaining accurate project records, preparing business documents, and coordinating with suppliers, contractors, and internal departments. Candidates with construction industry experience will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare professional correspondence, business letters, reports, and official documents.

• Manage emails and communication with clients, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams.

• Handle documentation using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Prepare and process Local Purchase Orders (LPOs) and procurement documentation.

• Coordinate with suppliers, project teams, and internal departments.

• Provide administrative and documentation support to technical and engineering teams.

• Maintain organized project records and documentation.

• Assist in preparing, formatting, and submitting technical and administrative documents.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field.

• 3–4 years of UAE experience in a similar administrative role.

• Construction industry experience is an advantage.

• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

• Proficient in MS Office and Microsoft Outlook.

• Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with different teams.

• Strong knowledge of:

• Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Local Purchase Orders (LPOs) and procurement documentation.

• Administrative documentation and project record management.
