Description:
CLADSMART is currently seeking a highly organized and experienced Accountant to join its Finance team in Dubai. The company is looking for a detail-oriented professional with strong expertise in accounting operations, bookkeeping, and digital financial management systems.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing the complete accounting cycle while ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance with UAE financial regulations. Candidates familiar with ERP systems such as Zoho Books or Odoo will be highly preferred for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform daily bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records
• Manage ledgers, journal entries, and bank reconciliations
• Handle the complete accounting cycle and prepare periodic financial reports
• Utilize ERP systems such as Zoho Books or Odoo to streamline accounting operations
• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
• Monitor invoices, payments, and cash flow activities
• Assist in budget preparation and VAT-related filings
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure financial data accuracy
• Maintain compliance with UAE accounting and taxation regulations
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of accounting and bookkeeping experience
• Proven experience working with ERP systems, preferably Zoho or Odoo
• Strong knowledge of UAE financial regulations and VAT requirements
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet financial deadlines
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong knowledge of:
• Financial reporting and bookkeeping procedures
• ERP accounting systems (Zoho Books / Odoo)
• VAT filing and UAE tax compliance
• Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable management
• Microsoft Excel and financial data analysis
Preferred Profile:
• CPA, ACCA, or CMA certification will be an advantage
• Previous experience in the construction or aluminum industry is preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
