We are looking for Guest Service Agent to join us at Copthorne Hotel Dubai!

Only those who are locally available in U.A.E will be considered

Requirements:

• Offer consistently professional, friendly, warm and engaging service
• Sell rooms to walk in guest and be responsible for all proactive and day to day facilities issues
• Undertaking front desk service duties such as administering, check in and check outs,
• Assigining rooms and taking care of administrative duties
• Responsible for Cash inventories, cashing  cheques, and bills for exchange in foreign currency for hotel guest in accordance with credit policy
• Coordianting with bell service and staff management
• Acting as a central source of information for guest during their stay, including general and unique request
• Resolving problems and dealing with conflict or tension with disappointed guest
• Demonstrate a complete understanding of hotel policies and procedure and service standard
• Have  full knowledge of hotel facilities and events
• The Candidate should have
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• At least 1 to 2 years of the same working experience conflict resolution experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Good communication skills, positive attitude and excellent grooming standards
• Ready to join immediately
