Hiring Graduate Mechanical Engineer
Work Location: Dubai UAE (Avenir Technologies FZCO)
The Sales and Service Engineer will combine technical knowledge with sales and customer service skills to support customers and promote a product and service. Will be responsible for identifying customer needs, demonstrating the product’s features and benefits, and providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance.
Must have experience in various condition-monitoring techniques such as vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis, and ultrasonic inspection, for monitoring the health and performance of industrial equipment and systems in a manufacturing or production plant. Identify potential issues and predict equipment failures before they occur, to minimize downtime and reduce maintenance costs.
Good problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and find solutions to customer challenges are also important. Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and understand their business needs and requirements.
May also be involved in preparing quotes, negotiating contracts, and providing ongoing technical support to customers.
Having experience selling vibration shakers, sensors, acoustics products, monitoring products, and understanding of the industries and applications where these products are commonly used, such as aerospace, automotive, Oil & Gas, and industrial manufacturing. Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards, such as ISO 9001 or ASTM E11, and ISO 17025, would be a plus when applying for this position.
Certifications: Minimum Vibration Analyst CAT II
Driving License: UAE DL required.
