Hiring General Manager Resort Group in Fujairah, UAE

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple beach properties, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.
• Develop strategies to increase revenue, improve guest satisfaction, and meet financial targets.
• Establish processes, policies, and standards for high-quality services and efficiency.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and innovation.
• Oversee and optimize the entire guest experience, from reservations to on-site services.
• Create a framework to address family business challenges and drive positive change.

Requirements:

• Resorts most visited international customers are: British, South African and French.
• Leadership experience in beach resort or hospitality industry with a focus on guest experiences.
• Diverse background in various industries, understanding family business dynamics.
• Skilled in driving change while respecting traditional values.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with current beach resort industry trends and best practices.
• Experience in developing and implementing operational strategies for financial goals.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus. (Min 3 languages spoken)

Salary Package

• Basic Salary range: AED 18,000 to 22,000 per month, based on experience and qualifications.
• Allowance: AED 2,000 per month.
• Accommodation + Food provided inside hotel*
• Medical Insurance Plus
