Job Description:
As the Front OF House Manager, you will be the face of our restaurant, responsible for overseeing all front-of-house operations and ensuring that every guest experience is outstanding. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining the highest standards of service and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all front-of-house staff, ensuring a high standard of service is consistently achieved.
- Train and develop the front-of-house team in service excellence and fine dine dining protocols.
- Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, floor management, and customer interactions.
- Ensure all guest complaints are handled promptly and with a focus on service recovery.
- Implement and maintain quality control measures to uphold service standards and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service and a cohesive dining experience.
- Manage reservations, guest flow, and dining room layout to maximize efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Uphold all restaurant policies, protocols, and health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Front of House Manager role, specifically in fine casual dining environments.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage high-pressure situations and make decisions quickly.
- Detail-oriented with an aptitude for problem-solving.
