Description:

Fleet Supervisor required

• Maintain an updated tracker on cars’ allocation and movements
• Ensure timely cars’ registration renewals and insurance (with insurance department)
• Monitor car GPS tracking system (with IT)
• Monitor the fuel TAGs
• Organising the Drivers’ schedules
• Monitoring and settling fines
• Ensure cars cleaning and track locations
• Be a Driver as well at least 50% of the time
• Ensure cars service is approved and coordinated on time
• Collect maintenance pricing quotations and ensure LPOs are raised accordingly
• Coordinate with the royal family pertaining their allocated cars and follow-up on their requests

Skills

• Arabic Speaker is an advantage
• Knowledge of RTA & Murour rules and regulations
• Flexibility (has to be available to answer royalty request at all times)
• Intermediate knowledge in excel
• Basic word and power point presentation skills
• Ability to generate regular fleet report
• Highly organised and ability to set priorities
• Confident with ability to manage a team

Education & Experience

• Minimum 2 years in fleet management supervisory role
• Team Management experience
• Bachelor’s Degree or 2 years Diploma
• Drivers’s licence for at least 2 years in the UAE

Package

• Single Package
• Working 6 days a week
• Salary is 5,000 to 7,000 plus sim card, company car, On site accommodation, and food.

(about 90 cars mixed between luxury, sedan, and heavy vehicles)
