Our client, a leading company in the Oil & Gas sector, is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join their team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management and strategy within the industry, with a focus on driving business performance and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly financial statements, forecasts, and variance reports.
• Oversee financial transactions and reporting; manage quarterly VAT submissions.
• Develop and maintain budget models; analyze financial data to support operational decisions.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations for business planning and decision-making.
• Create financial models, analyze variances, and compare actual results to budgets and forecasts.
• Support the CFO in financial projections, resource management, and strategic planning.
• Evaluate M&A opportunities, assess risks, and develop financial strategies.
• Assist with loan financing, liaise with auditors, and prepare financial documents for meetings.
