We are looking for a skilled Estimator to join our team! If you have experience in the interior fit-out industry and a passion for delivering accurate, cost-effective solutions for high-quality projects, we want to hear from you.
Role Overview:
As an Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing detailed and precise cost estimates for interior fit-out projects. You will work closely with clients, suppliers, and the internal team to ensure accurate project budgeting and financial planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for interior fit-out projects
- Analyze project documents, drawings, and specifications to provide cost breakdowns
- Work with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain accurate quotes
- Assist the project management team in creating project schedules and budgets
- Maintain and update cost databases regularly
- Review and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors
- Monitor and track project costs to ensure adherence to budgets
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong analytical and budgeting skills
- In-depth knowledge of the interior fit-out industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently
