Gill Smart Group is looking for a proactive and organized Recruitment Coordinator to join its team in Dubai. This role is ideal for recruitment professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and have experience handling both blue-collar and white-collar hiring.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing high-volume recruitment activities, coordinating interviews, working closely with manpower agencies, and ensuring a smooth hiring and deployment process. Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source and screen candidates for various blue-collar and white-collar positions.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage relationships with manpower agencies and recruitment partners.
• Track and coordinate visa processing, medical examinations, and employee deployment.
• Support end-to-end recruitment activities while ensuring timely hiring.
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in blue-collar and white-collar recruitment.
• Ability to manage high-volume recruitment efficiently.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating with manpower agencies and external partners.
• Immediate availability to join is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of:
