Hiring Senior Civil Engineering
This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates for a Civil Engineer at Creative Corner – Design + Build. The Civil Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and supervising construction projects, such as buildings, roads, bridges, and waterways, to ensure that they are safe, environmentally sound, and meet local and national standards. They will also analyze survey reports, maps, and other data to ensure that projects comply with applicable regulations, as well as prepare cost estimates, work timetables, and the required documentation for the project.
Driving License is a Must
Dubai Municipality Approved Engineer is preferred
Qualifcation:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in civil engineering or construction project management
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations, as well as construction materials and methods
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English
