Description:
SVRS General Trading LLC is seeking a proactive and well-organized HR & Administration Assistant to join its team in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for entry-level professionals and fresh graduates looking to build a career in human resources and office administration within a dynamic multi-company organization.
The successful candidate will support HR operations, PRO coordination, employee documentation, compliance activities, and general administrative functions while ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support recruitment, onboarding, employee record management, and HR documentation.
• Maintain attendance, leave records, payroll coordination, WPS processing, and final settlements.
• Coordinate employee visas, work permits, Emirates IDs, and visa cancellations.
• Handle MOHRE, ICP/GDRFA, Amer, and Tasheel-related processes.
• Track trade license renewals, Ejari, establishment cards, and compliance requirements.
• Manage insurance, Salik, telecom services, accommodation, and office administration.
• Prepare HR letters and assist employees with HR-related queries.
• Maintain accurate HR and administrative records.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of UAE Labour Law, WPS, and visa processes.
• Good English communication and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• UAE HR/PRO experience is an advantage.
• Arabic language skills are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of:
