What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a draftsman with a strong background in drafting and a keen eye for detail to collaborate with our design and engineering teams. The ideal candidate will:
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, plans, and blueprints.
- Revise and update drawings as needed to reflect changes and improvements.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment with specifications.
- Utilize CAD software to create and modify designs.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Maintain organized records of drawings and revisions.
- Participate in project meetings to discuss design changes.
- Assist in preparing project documentation and reports.
What You Need:
- Diploma or degree in drafting, architecture, engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
- Strong understanding of drafting standards, building codes, and industry practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to interpret architectural, engineering, and design documents.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience in construction industry / façade fixings is a plus.
