Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to Russian/Uzbek/Farsi/Somali-speaking customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved.
• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist customers with product information, order status, and account inquiries.
• Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues and escalate as needed.

Required:

• Fluency in English is a must plus one of these languages Russian/Uzbek/Somali/Farsi , both spoken and written.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively explain complex information to customers.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
