We are looking for a Customer Care Officer for our Car Rental Company.

Location: Sharjah, UAE

Responsibilities

• Complaints handling and resolving (short term rentals)- Angler CRM system
• Monitor customer survey feedback and report to Management
• Carry out customer survey / visit corporate customers, prepare feedback reports, and submit to Management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum 3 years of experience in handling customer care.
• Preferably Car rental experience.
• Good communication in English; MS office-user knowledge (MS Word/ Excel)
• Should be available to join immediately
