Civil Engineer for Fit out Interior
Design & Build a Fit-out contractor is looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to handle the quality of the interior fit out works. Starting by drawing submission/Approval and related developer permit till completion of Entire Fit-out work as per Authorities approved drawing, this include daily inspection to ensure work is going on as per client and other quality satisfaction, also controlling the quality during construction, production, installation, snagging and handing over.
Minimum requirements for the role:
- Preparation of complete submission for all Authorities.
- Getting all approval from Authorities and developer.
- Permit obtain.
- Site mobilization and control as per developer requirements.
- Daily site inspection to make sure work is comply with approved drawings.
- Quality control.
- Customer on site meeting
- Schedule control
- Control and manage site meeting.
- Subcontractor process management.
- Final snagging and Project handing over…
Qualifications:
- Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Experience in same Fit-out or related field
- Strong written and communication skills.
- Strong Customer service and support
- Strong drawing review skills.
- AutoCAD: Must be able to prepare drawings in AutoCAD.
- Must be able to use Primavera and MS Project.
- Completely conversant in MS Word and MS Excel.
- Self-starters and self-motivated candidates required.
- Valid UAE issued Driving License (Manual License preferred)
