Hiring Category Buyer – Men’s Garments

About the Client:

A well-established Trading Center under a leading Retail Group

Job Description: 

• Analyze sales trends and consumer demand to develop category/sub-category strategies and product mix for Men’s Garments
• Achieve sales targets and gross profit margin category/sub-category wise and store-wise for Men’s Garments
• Identify new products and suppliers to increase product variety and category/sub-category assortment for Men’s Garments
• Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to achieve competitive pricing and maintain profitability for Men’s Garments
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure product quality and timely delivery for Men’s Garments
• Manage inventory levels and ensure stock availability within company norms for Men’s Garments

Qualifications:

• Open to Indian nationals
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in buying and purchasing for men’s garments
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel
• Knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities
