Ziar Properties is seeking a talented and creative Videographer & Video Editor to join its marketing team in Dubai. This full-time opportunity is ideal for a passionate visual storyteller who can create engaging real estate and lifestyle content that enhances brand visibility across digital platforms.
The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality video content from concept development through final delivery. This includes filming property showcases, team activities, lifestyle content, and brand campaigns while ensuring all projects align with the company’s visual identity and quality standards.
Working closely with the marketing team, the selected professional will contribute creative ideas, stay informed about emerging social media trends, and produce compelling content designed to increase audience engagement. Immediate joiners will be given preference for this exciting opportunity within a fast-paced and growth-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Capture high-quality property videos, lifestyle content, team shoots, and brand marketing campaigns.
• Create engaging Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, YouTube Shorts, cinematic property tours, and walkthrough videos.
• Manage the complete video production process, including planning, filming, editing, color grading, sound enhancement, and final output.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts, campaigns, and storytelling strategies.
• Monitor social media trends and create content that increases engagement and brand awareness.
• Organize, archive, and manage video footage, digital assets, and project files efficiently.
• Ensure all video content aligns with company branding guidelines and quality expectations.
• Deliver projects within established deadlines while maintaining exceptional production standards.
Requirements:
• Strong portfolio demonstrating videography, video editing, and social media content creation skills.
• Proficiency in professional video editing software.
• Solid understanding of camera equipment, lighting techniques, framing principles, and audio recording.
• Experience creating content for Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
• Strong creative thinking and visual storytelling abilities.
