We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our established client’s team! Location: Dubai and Abu Dhabi, UAE

Role Overview:

  • Sell and support the operations team in floor selling for parks, kids’ play areas, tennis, and more.
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Business Development to drive sales growth and meet targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and maximize productivity.
  • Ensure the quality and quantity of sales efforts meet management expectations.
  • Identify and address skill gaps within the sales team through coaching and development.
  • Align sales team objectives with market-level strategic goals to achieve desired market share.
  • Conduct accurate field forecasting to support sales planning.
  • Distribute commercial leads to the dedicated area sales managers and key accounts.
  • Personally assess and validate key account customer requirements to ensure satisfaction.
  • Oversee receivables and ensure compliance with division policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • 4-year college degree from an accredited institution; MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of sales management experience in a business-to-business sales environment.
  • Strong sales management, team building, and coaching skills.
  • Proficiency in PC applications.
