Trüpp is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Leave Administration Support Specialist to join its fully remote HR operations team. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about supporting employees through leave processes and ensuring accurate, timely, and well-documented case management.
The successful candidate will assist the Leave Administration team by managing incoming leave requests, maintaining case records, tracking documentation, and ensuring compliance with internal workflows and U.S. leave regulations. Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor, triage, and route incoming leave requests, emails, and case-related documents
• Support leave case setup by entering and updating employee and case information
• Review, categorize, upload, and track leave-related documentation
• Maintain accurate case records, notes, and task tracking across HR systems
• Gather employee and HR data such as payroll, employment status, and leave history
• Provide employees with standard leave information using approved templates
• Follow up on missing documentation, deadlines, and pending case actions
• Escalate complex, urgent, or sensitive issues to Leave Specialists as needed
• Assist with shared inbox management, reporting, and workflow coordination
Requirements:
• 1–2 years of leave administration or HR-related experience
• Basic understanding of FMLA and multi-state leave regulations
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage high-volume, deadline-driven workloads
• Strong communication skills with a professional and empathetic approach
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems (HRIS, case management tools, ticketing systems)
• Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion
