Description:
A leading organization in Dubai is seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join its growing technology team. This role is ideal for professionals with strong Salesforce development expertise who can design, develop, and deliver scalable CRM solutions while working closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and maintaining Salesforce applications, leading technical discussions, reviewing code quality, and mentoring junior developers. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to enterprise-level Salesforce projects in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce-based solutions and applications.
• Build and customize functionality using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver high-quality CRM solutions.
• Lead technical discussions and participate in solution design activities.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure development best practices are followed.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using industry-standard integration methods.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues while optimizing system performance.
• Mentor and support junior developers within the team.
• Maintain technical documentation and development standards.
Requirements:
• Minimum 6 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Apex programming.
• Experience developing with Visualforce and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I and/or Platform Developer II certifications preferred.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce integration patterns.
• Experience working with REST and SOAP APIs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
