Description:
WTS Energy is seeking an experienced QHSE Supervisor to join a leading organization operating within the offshore, oil & gas, marine, and EPC sectors. This role is suited for a safety-focused professional with strong expertise in quality, health, safety, and environmental management systems, as well as hands-on experience supervising site operations and contractor activities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and promoting QHSE compliance across operations, conducting risk assessments, leading safety initiatives, and ensuring adherence to international standards and regulatory requirements. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to high-profile projects within a dynamic and safety-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and monitor QHSE activities across operational sites.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and international standards.
• Conduct risk assessments including JSA, PTW, and HAZID processes.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to safety requirements.
• Lead incident investigations and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Perform internal audits and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Deliver HSE training sessions, toolbox talks, and safety awareness programs.
• Promote a strong safety culture and provide leadership on QHSE matters.
• Maintain QHSE records, reports, and compliance documentation.
Requirements:
• 5–10 years of experience within Oil & Gas, Offshore, Marine, or EPC industries.
• Strong experience in site supervision and contractor management.
• Expertise in ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems.
• Experience conducting risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations.
• Strong leadership skills in safety management and workforce engagement.
• Ability to conduct HSE training programs and toolbox talks.
• Immediate availability and willingness to relocate to Dubai.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
