Description:
Trade License Zone is seeking an experienced Accountant to join its growing Tax & Accounting team in Dubai. This opportunity is well suited for professionals who have worked in an accounting firm or outsourced accounting environment and are comfortable managing multiple client accounts across various industries.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing accounting, VAT, and Corporate Tax services to a portfolio of SME clients while ensuring full compliance with UAE regulations. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and client-focused environment with exposure to a wide range of financial and tax-related responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage client accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Handle VAT registrations, filings, and related compliance requirements.
• Manage Corporate Tax registrations and filing processes.
• Ensure compliance with FTA regulations and reporting deadlines.
• Perform bank reconciliations and manage accounts payable and receivable functions.
• Support client onboarding activities and documentation processes.
• Assist in improving accounting procedures and operational workflows.
• Maintain accurate financial records for multiple SME clients.
Requirements:
• UAE VAT and Corporate Tax experience.
• Previous experience working within an accounting firm or professional services environment.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and IFRS for SMEs.
• Experience using Xero, Zoho Books, and QuickBooks.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Prior UAE experience is essential.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and meet strict deadlines.
