OPPEIN UAE is seeking a talented and results-oriented Interior Designer & Sales Representative to join its Abu Dhabi team. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who are passionate about interior design, customized home solutions, and delivering exceptional customer experiences while achieving sales success.
The successful candidate will work closely with clients to understand their design preferences, create customized interior solutions, and manage the complete sales process from consultation through project completion. Candidates who are available for immediate joining and have experience in kitchens, cabinetry, furniture, or interior sales are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Understand clients’ design preferences, lifestyle requirements, and project budgets.
• Create customized kitchen, wardrobe, cabinetry, and interior design solutions.
• Prepare and present design concepts, proposals, quotations, and product recommendations.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from initial consultation through successful deal closure.
• Achieve sales targets while developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project planning, delivery, and execution.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in interior design or related sales.
• Proven sales experience in cabinetry, kitchens, furniture, interior solutions, or real estate.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is mandatory.
• Proficiency in interior design software.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
• Immediate availability to join is essential.
• Strong knowledge of:
