Drub Media is a leading digital marketing company based in Dubai, looking for a Business Development Executive with expertise in cold calling and selling digital marketing services to join our team. The ideal candidate should be familiar with using CRM software, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work from home.

Responsibilities:

• Cold call potential clients to generate new business leads and convert them into clients
• Promote and sell our digital marketing services including SEO, social media marketing, content creation, and web development
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date client database using CRM software
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
• Meet and exceed sales targets by closing successful deals
• Attend regular sales meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and techniques.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development and cold calling/customer service
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with selling digital marketing services such as SEO, social media marketing, content creation, and web development
• Knowledge of CRM software and the ability to use it to maintain an accurate and up-to-date client database
• Self-motivated and able to work independently from home
• Proficient in Microsoft Teams or Google Meet for virtual meetings
• Must be in Spouse/Own/Freelance visa
