Location: Dubai Creek Harbour

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Architectural Draftsman to join our growing team who have knowledge in Façade, Landscape and external MEP, Signage coordination. You will be responsible for creating technical drawings and documentation for a variety of architectural projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD and other relevant software.
• Prepare construction documents, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders.
• Review and revise drawings as needed.
• Stay up-to-date on industry standards and best practices.
• Contribute to the overall success of architectural projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an architectural draftsman.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software (e.g., Revit, SketchUp).
• Strong understanding of architectural drafting principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented and quality-focused.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Must have a bachelor degree in Civil/Architectural Engineering.
• Must have prior experience of working in UAE in high rise building projects.
• Must be available to join immediately.
