Agile Project Manager – ERP Implementation using Zoho

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Agile Project Manager to lead the implementation of an ERP system using Zoho. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle, from planning and requirement gathering to deployment and post-implementation support. You will work closely with our clients, development teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end implementation of an ERP system using Zoho, adhering to Agile project management principles.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Conduct thorough requirement gathering sessions, ensuring all business needs are captured and translated into system functionalities.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA analysts.
• Provide regular project status updates and reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
• Conduct user training sessions and support end-users during the post-implementation phase.
• Stay updated with the latest Zoho features and functionalities, leveraging them to optimize project outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in Agile environments, with a focus on ERP implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Experience working with Zoho applications, specifically Zoho One and Zoho Creator, is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within defined timelines.
• Project management certifications, such as PMP or Agile certifications, are a plus.
