Reporting to: General Manager and Managing Director.

Role Description & Responsibility (including but not limited to):

• After-sales officer is responsible for supervising
• customer follow-up and general business plans to make sure customers are
• Satisfied and that sales improve. After-sales officers establish and retain
• contact with clients so that they can easily obtain customer feedback
• Concerning the quality of their company’s products. Their role also involves
• Assisting clients in resolving issues concerning products they purchased, or services rendered to them.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the volume of sales monthly basis
• Proficient computer skills including all Microsoft
• Office applications
• Sell aftermarket products to dealership customers
• Prospect on a day-to-day basis by phone, mail, and person to person
• Ensure customers are 100% satisfied
• Assist Customers and provide information about their concerns
• Work with Service and Parts Managers to ensure good communication and working relationships between departments

Follow dealership guidelines for the sale of products

• Act as a link between the Logistic team and customers
• Track the order, delivery issues & cancelled orders

Preferred skills and qualifications

• 3-5 years of aftersales experience in e-Commerce is mandatory
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
• Ensure customers receive a premium service experience
• Drive retail parts and product sales to achieve area objectives
• Experience: 3 years in the sales team
• Location: Dubai (required)
• Language: French & English (required)
• Candidates must be available in UAE
