Description:

Hiring Accounts Manager

Reporting to: CFO

Salary Range: AED 15K to AED 18K (can go up for strong candidates)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and monitor all accounting operations across the Group.
• Prepare and finalize monthly and yearly financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet).
• Manage cash flow, treasury, budgeting, and MIS reporting.
• Ensure timely statutory audits and compliance with IFRS, corporate tax and other regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with banks and suppliers for financial operations.
• Supervise a team of 4 and ensure accurate processing of payments and entries.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: CA qualification with 5-8 years of experience (minimum 3-5 years in the UAE).
• Industry Experience: Retail or FMCG background preferred.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (Navision preferred) and Power BI.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills, with attention to detail for root cause analysis.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities to work independently and lead a team.
