Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced, creative, and self-motivated UX Designer to join our team. With at least 2 years of experience, you will play a key role in creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements and user feedback. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and implementing design solutions that meet business goals and ensure a great user experience. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders, emphasizing collaborative problem-solving and user-centered design thinking.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
- Design and deliver mockups and prototypes optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces
- Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve the overall user experience
- Ensure that the final design meets the objectives of the user experience and business goals
Skills:
- Proven UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and final designs
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
- Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping is a plus
- Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
- Familiarity with usability testing methodologies and tools
- Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes
