In this role, a typical day will look like:

• Deliver Top-Notch Customer Support – Assist customers with troubleshooting, calibration, and software inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Solve Problems & Provide Solutions – Work with various teams to resolve issues efficiently and ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Drive Continuous Improvement – Identify common customer concerns and contribute to knowledge base updates.
• Support Sales Growth – Recognize opportunities to recommend product upgrades and improvements.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Experience Matters – 3+ years of technical customer service experience (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Tech-Savvy Mindset – Ability to learn and understand color management technology and software.
• Strong Communication Skills – Exceptional verbal and written skills for customer interactions.
• Team-Oriented – A problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Bonus Points – Fluency in a foreign language and experience in a call center setting.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.

This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $54,000 – $58,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
