Lex Markets is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join its growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in human resources, talent acquisition, and recruitment within the Forex/CFD brokerage industry.
The role requires excellent knowledge of UAE labour law, visa processes, and brokerage hiring practices. Candidates who can join immediately and have relevant industry experience will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage HR operations and recruitment activities to support business growth.
• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies for brokerage roles.
• Handle employee-related processes while ensuring compliance with UAE labour regulations.
• Support visa processing and HR administration activities.
• Build and maintain a strong recruitment pipeline for business requirements.
Requirements:
• 4+ years of HR/Talent Acquisition experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Forex/CFD brokerage environment.
• Strong experience in brokerage recruitment and hiring.
• Good knowledge of UAE labour law and visa processes.
